REFUND POLICY

All refunds or exchanges are only allowed upon the first 3 days of purchase, with all items returned to be strictly in its original unused condition with packaging only.

One-to-one exchanges for similar items are permissible upon the first 3 days of purchase, after that we do not allow for exchanges.

We strictly do not offer any forms of refunds for mistaken purchases, please make sure to confirm your purchases at the checkout screen before purchasing.

Any manufacturing defects shall be eligible for exchanges and repair, refunds shall only be done if other remedies are no longer an option.

Any items returned via courier must be returned with tracking number provided.

Activewear are strictly nonexchangeable nor refundable due to hygienic reasons.

Although it may be stated that items labelled “Shipped from Overseas” may take a duration of 14 to 30 working days to deliver upon verification of payment, but refunds can only be made if the item has exceeded its estimated shipping period. Since we cannot fully guarantee the delivery date, we offer our sincerest apologies in advanced and thanks for your patience for all unforeseeable delays.

Items on sale are strictly not returnable or exchangeable.

We reserve the right to refuse any returns or exchanges deemed inappropriate.

We do not allow exchanges of size or returns due to negligence of order, please refer to the measurements provided clearly in the product description.
